Cheam Fields Club is managed by a General Committee elected by the membership. The General Committee is responsible for matters of finance, general policy and bye-laws.

The members of each playing section elect their own Committee to manage their game at the Club and take all steps they consider necessary for the furtherance of their game.

A Social Committee arranges and co-ordinates all general social activities at the Club, whilst a Bar Committee manages the bar in the general interest of members.

The Honorary Secretaries of each of these Committees are ex officio members of the General Committee.
